Here, I’m excited to share one of the projects I’ve been involved in developing Windows software for facial analysis before nose jobs and other facial plastic surgeries using C#. Tebnegar commissioned this project, and I had the opportunity to contribute to its development. Through collaboration and dedication, we created a tool that aims to streamline the pre-surgical assessment process, offering a range of features designed to provide accurate and insightful analysis.
Here are some of the main features of the software:
Preparation Phase: The software includes a preparation phase for 3D face objects, encompassing alignment, trimming, calibration of sizes, and landmarking. This phase ensures a precise baseline for analysis.
3D Face Analysis: The software utilizes well-known plastic surgery references and offers a tool for in-depth 3D face analysis, providing invaluable insights into potential surgical outcomes.
Live Simulation: Our software is not just about numbers and data. It’s about bringing the surgical process to life. Its unique live simulation feature allows surgeons and patients to see potential results in real time. This not only enhances the decision-making process but also helps manage expectations.
Accurate Representation: It accurately represents life sizes, ensuring the most precise assessment possible.
Onscreen Presentation Tools: With built-in onscreen presentation tools, the software facilitates clear communication between surgeons and patients during the analysis process.
PDF Generation: It can generate detailed PDF reports containing nine pages of patient face analysis, offering a comprehensive overview of surgical considerations and options.
This project has been a transformative journey for me, both professionally and personally. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the development of a solution that has the potential to revolutionize the field of facial analysis. It’s not just a project but a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation.
